Refund Policies 

We strongly believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a very open and friendly return policy. If you are not satisfied with our products or have received defective items, you may return it within the set time frame as laid out below. In all cases, prior to returning the items, contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) number.
Non-Defective Items
Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Initial shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund.

Customer is responsible to ship the items back.

Custom, Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, modified products, products which have been used, or products which have been shipped more than 15 days prior, are not returnable.
Defective Items
Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Ship the items at your cost and you will receive a refund back as established in the RA.In some cases, we may offer a refund without the need to send the items back.
Processing Time
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the items. Any items with physical damage related to shipping must be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the items. If you receive a box with visual physical damage, shipping company must be notified of the potential damages as well. Any damages unrelated to shipping is not covered.
Return Shipping Address
Return shipping address will be provided on the Return Authorization. Please follow the shipping instructions as laid out in the RA.

What is the difference between immediate and regular delivery?

If you are a local resident to Divine Boutique Immediate Delivery means that your items will arrive between same day and 3 days after order was placed at no extra charge.

Regular delivery means that you will receive your items between 5 - 10 business days. For residents outside of Canada this means you would typically add 2-6 business days.

What is your Cancelation Policy?

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment preparation for in stock items or order through vendor for out of stock items. Cancellation requests can be made on the order page. 

Do I qualify for free delivery if I live outside of Ontario, Canada?

The good news is that all deliveries outside of Ontario, Canada will have a portion of their shipping charges paid for. Total shipping charges will be less than what you see on your bill.

What will happen if one or some of my items are immediate delivery and one or some are regular delivery?

By default, for items that are available for immediate delivery will be shipped out within that shipping day. All other items in your order will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible.
This may take longer to ship depending on product availability, but there will only be one shipping charge for the entire order. Alternatively, you can choose to ship as the items become available. Select this option if you want to receive the items in stock quickly.
